Monique Gonzalez and Dinita Caldwell will discuss the Women and Money: Save Yourself Financial Plan workshop series sponsored by the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Austin Alumnae Chapter on the November 3 edition of Economic Perspectives. The workshop series, based on Suze Orman’s book Women and Money, will cover the following subjects in it next four sessions:

  • Credit Cards and FICO credit Scores – November 13
  • Retirement Investing – December 11
  • Must Have Documents – January 10
  • Protecting Your Family and Home – February 11

Monique Gonzalez is chairman of the economic development committee of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Austin Alumnae Chapter. She has a bachelors degree from Texas A & M University, a masters degree from the University of North Texas and a law degree from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. She is an attorney and owns a property management company. Dinita Caldwell is a member of the Delta’s economic development committee and the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and Community Outreach Coordinator for Capital Metro. She has a bachelors degree from Michigan State University.
